A note from our founder

Return & Refund Policy

At skynnology, we want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. You can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

For a smooth return process, we ask that all products be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The cardboard outer packaging must remain sealed and unopened. Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted for health and hygiene reasons, and unfortunately, will not be refunded.

How to Return:

  1. Reach out to us at info@skynnology.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, and our team will guide you through the return process.
  2. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from skynnology.com. If you made your purchase through an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for returns.
  3. Please note, we are unable to process exchanges at this time, but we’ll be happy to assist with a return and refund.
  4. To ensure your items are protected during return shipping, please pack them securely in a sturdy cardboard box. For your peace of mind, we recommend using tracking for your return.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping for international orders is not covered by skynnology.
  • Due to our swift fulfillment process, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately at info@skynnology.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee any changes after the order is processed.
